If you don't like Tim Robinson's brand of absurdist awkward comedy, this is not for you. But for the rest of us, The Chair Company is a fan's dream come true. It's easy to see scrapped sketch ideas in many of the show's plot points, but beyond being a side-splitter, what really makes the show special is the strange but enthralling conspiracy thriller that turns corners into a finale that I couldn't possibly have seen coming. Robinson has turned his brand of pushing social insecurities to the extreme, and I can only anticipate what Season Two will do next.
