This docuseries gives you a raw look at the creative process of The Beatles. It spotlights the genius of Paul McCartney and his ability to pull hit music out of nowhere, along with how special his partnership with John Lennon was. Perhaps most importantly, it humanizes the group by showing them fooling around and having fun together. Technically, the restoration of the footage is incredible, and Peter Jackson and his crew clearly put a lot of effort into this. It’s certainly longer than it needs to be, but it’s a unique viewing experience I couldn’t help but get sucked into.
