QUENTIN

I don’t know what Paramount+ is doing with The Agency, but it’s wasting one of the better shows and ensembles on television by simply not marketing it. It can be dry, I admit, and there is some subplot maintenance to wrap up last season’s storylines; however, that never distracts from the two main missions, which are engrossingly integrated in a way that never prioritizes one over the other. Bluntly, The Agency is everything Jack Ryan wanted to be, and in a weird meta way, its lack of publicity is oddly appropriate since the most successful CIA missions are the ones no one talks about.
