Silo just keeps getting better. Season Three continues the story of Juliette Nichols (Rebecca Ferguson), but it also introduces a new timeline to explain the origin of the silos. It's a backstory filled with revelations that change the perception of the modern timeline and adds new stakes for those underground. Throughout the series' run, it has boasted many stand-out performances, and this season is no different as Alexandria Riley and Ashley Zukerman join that list. With one season left to go, Silo is firing on all cylinders, and I have full faith they’ll wrap this intricate story up in a thrilling and satisfying way.
AMARÚ
Whenever I start a new season of Silo, I feel like a blind man feeling his way through the dark. I recognize names and faces, but have to slowly (emphasis on slowly) re-learn what’s going on in this post-apocalyptic world. Season Three is even more of a play-in-the-background-while-you-scroll season during its first act and a half, but like clockwork, especially with Rebecca Ferguson flexing her best-working-actress muscles, the show keeps me engaged enough until it forces me to put my phone down. It's probably a good idea to end this show next season, and I’ll be blindly re-engaging with that one too.
