As a story, Rogue Heroes can sometimes lose itself. With only six episodes, it covers more than two years, which means character development and certain plot explanations are glossed over rather quickly at times, especially in earlier episodes. However, once it has set the foundation, it becomes more engaging as you finally get to see the SAS running covert missions in Northern Africa during WWII. Overall, it has a Peaky Blinders in the Desert feel, and Jack O’Connell is a firecracker that is constantly bringing Guy Ritchie vibes. Lastly, if you like WWII content, this is an interesting side of the conflict we’ve rarely seen.
